Today was my grandmother's birthday. May she rest in peace. She was one of the most generous & compassionate people I could have ever known and her legacy will forever live on. Today she is free - from all that ailed her in her aging years and the stress of a farm life. Our family celebrates her and her life today as we remember what she did for us- having 13 children, and a huge family- we get together and reminisce of the memories made with such a special person.
