Saturday Fun

Saturday, as I mentioned, my Jayhawks lost in the NCAA tournament. It was a very sad day. However, K-State won their game and are advancing on. I did dress my boys in winning colors I guess. (Hard to admit)

Logan got a new cowboy hat at the thrift store we took a load of stuff to the other day. We dropped several boxes off, and only bought a cute hat, so I guess that's alright. He sure does love it.

The baby shower we went to on Saturday was for this beauty- Miss Sabryn. She is the most precious little girl EVER! So happy all the time and just precious precious! Logan was in love with her. He just thought she was adorable.

And, Logan has an innocent boy crush on his cousin, Lindsey. (Someday this will embarrass him, but I have to admit it.)

He was completely heartbroken when Aunt Laurie didn't move his carseat over to her car. He really thought he'd be going home with her. I think she'll have a much more restful spring break without this ball of energy running around.

They seriously drop anything and EVERYTHING to watch the 10 seconds of a trash truck out our window.

If we miss it, we're grouchy the rest of the day!

Malachi found Logan's hat after Logan went to bed. Logan said, "why do grown-ups stay awake? What do you do when I got to sleep?" (Ah, I remember those curious times. If only he knew how boring it is to be so responsible. I'd much rather go to bed early than to stay up late doing housework!)

The weather today is GORGEOUS so the boys are playing outside with Taige. He came over to visit after school. I'm off to bed soon. Shawn gave blood today and isn't feeling well. It always knocks him out, but I encourage him to do it because I would if I could. I think its very important, but I think his blood-giving days are over for now. I don't like how sick it makes him.
