After about 4 years of slow progress and hard work, I finally earned my Master's Degree as a Reading Specialist! I had debated many times over the past semester whether I should "walk" for graduation, but was so thankful that I did go through with it. My family was there to "support" me and it was an overwhelming day. I tried to pick out picture-nice clothing for the boys, but it was so freezing (literally) that morning that we didn't worry about that. Here are the pictures from that day a few weekends ago.

As my kids hold my fake diploma I think how they truly do deserve credit for their countless hours that they sacrificed to help me study. I finally can play with them now and go to their events. I am loving the "free" time that I have found. Since they rode to graduation with my parents, they had to ride with them to lunch after watching me graduate. Malachi would NOT let go of my "book." He wanted to keep reading it. :)

Here was the "hooding." I really should have chosen the masters program that got a pink hood. Those were sweet looking. Mine is ESU gold.

Shawn took a TON of pictures. It was FREEZING that morning.

The boys kept waving at me and making a scene.

Brienna also made the trip. That also made my day special.

My beautiful family:

My terrific parents helped so much throughout my program with the boys and helping me find time to study. I owe a lot to my family and look forward to the time I can give back to them through serving and being with them.
